First class service. Most impressed.
As a first time customer I have to say how pleased I am to have found a reliable supplier for my pets' prescription diet.
An added bonus is that it includes free delivery due to the amount spent.
I also liked the fact that relevant information for my pets needs was sent via email which was a nice personal touch.
I will certainly be continuing to shop with VioVet.

Our Pets in Good Hands
I have been ordering dog food on line from Viovet for a long long time. I order for my daughters pooch at the same time. The website is so easy, I just reorder and add the extras i.e. frontline, wormers etc. for which I get a reminder too! Dog food is heavy, but its delivered to my door, and because it costs over a certain amount,
delivery is free!! If I have a problem, which is hardly ever, its sorted immediately. Recently, a box of dog food went missing on the delivery van. The Viovet team were so very helpful, kept me
imformed every step of the way and within a few days a new batch was delivered. This makes life so much easier than having to go out to buy and trundle home with dog food, wet and dry. Thank you Viovet, keep up the good work!!

Helpful and quick ordering over the phone - best price around by some 25% and delivered free of charge, next working day. Delivered product exactly as I asked and even sent a photo to confirm the product package was hidden in the place requested. Regular email updates so reassured everything was progressing. I was confirmed the stock existed on the call and even though I called late in the evening, the product was still shipped that day. What more could I ask for.

Great Company and Great Product
Easy to use website and the product I bought works really well. The Car-Pet hair remover and cleaner works really well. I have 3, mostly white cats and a black suite!!! But this product does the job really well, am very pleased with it and would recommend it and the company. Thank you.

Brilliant service every time
I have been using VioVet for three years. The prices are great and the City Link delivery service is brilliant. I can order one day and it is delivered the next as standard with plenty of information about the progress of the order right up to confirmation of delivery and who has signed for it! viovet great, delivery service needs work
im very happy with the products i ordered from viovet. had i noticed that the delivery service would be with citylink i probably wouldnt have ordered from viovet. i even had to put a notice on the neighbours door to inform them that they kept delivering to the wrong address.. even though my door is clearly marked with the correct address that was on the package as well. tried notifying their customer service and they would "take notes" of my message but would have no record of it the next time i called. not the first time i have been disappointed with citylink, and will not order from a company that uses them.

A purrfect service!
I have had to change my cats diet to urinary s/o which is very expensive through the vets. Ordering online here was very easy, emails for confirmation on ordering and all through to being delivered, this was a fantastic service, I will be ordering again but will also order food for my dog, thanks, realy appreciated!

I had to return one item from my order and VioVet could not have been more helpful. The item was uplifted from my house and a replacement delivered at the same time. They were also great at keeping me informed by email of the status of my order. Definitely recommend!

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced
Their food prices are comparable to others sites. I ordered a prescription flea treatment and had no problem e-mailing the prescription over. The cost of the prescription plus the treatment was 10 quid cheaper than buying it at the vet. It was delivered within a day or two.

the breeder advised me to use Viovet which I have and service has been excellent.

I found Viovet through a search engine, I was more than happy with the price of a specific hypoallergenic dog food. I ordered it, and expected delivery within a week......I was amazed at the communication through the whole process, I knew where my parcel was, right up to the point it was delivered......which was less than 24 hours after the order was placed. I would recommend viovet to anyone........Great price, Great service.

A fantastic company to deal with so professional
I would recommend this company to you without any reservation. It makes my life so easy to order prescription tablets for my elderly dog. Bearing in mind that sometimes i live in Spain during the year nothing can be too much trouble for VioVet. I ordered a pet stroller last week to be delivered here in spain and received it today. It took just 4 days excluding the weekend I was told of all the delivery charges and the girl who took my order could not do enough to give me as much information as possible about the product. My tablets always arrive on time and i am even sent an email to remind me when i need to order, which is ideal for someone as busy as myself. One fault though, I am always forgetting my password and can never find on the website where to go to Forgotten Password so i end up ringing instead.

Fast efficeint professional
I like the fact that my order is tracked and I mean tracked all the way, with e mail updates rather than me having to click a link and then find no info, which I have found with other suppliers.
The goods are always well 'wrapped/boxed' which also gives me confidence that I will get the goods in perfect condition and not get the hastle needed to return faulty goods.

Have ordered James Wellbeloved Puppy twice, and Junior Lamb and Rice once now and am amazed that even delivered it is considerably cheaper than anywhere else.
