I recieved excellent service, my questions were answered honestly and I was able to make an informed decision about my purchase - the guy answerng my e mail could have easily advised me to get the expensive option, but didn't. Excellent service and truly excellent product
Great service: pre sales advice plus prompt and friendly delivery and assembly. And the table tennis table is great. I would highly recommend it. (Cornilleau Sport 250S Outdoor Table Tennis Table). Particularly pleased with the folding mechanism - the table is so easy to set up and put away - and the way you can simply lift up and lock in one half of the table, to give you a flat table, if the 2 sides do not meet because of uneven ground. Well worth the cost (£469)

Quick and efficient delivery
The table I selected arrived within a couple of days. My only complaint with the table was that a very small part came pre assembled yet incorrectly and the instructions were not crystal clear but we got there in the end.

The right choice for my family 100%
From start to finish this was a smooth operation.Starting with Kate the sales assistant who was brilliant. Sorted out a fast delivery and I am well happy. The best thing is, having reviewed many outodoor tables, this one , the Blue - Cornilleau Sport One Outdoor folds easy and took 1 hr 20 mins to put together from start to finish. Unlike many others which seemed to have taken people forever. .
Well happy. So far , so good. And the net folds with the table so it's great......

Very happy with my new table tennis table!
I don't usually write reviews but I have had such a good buying experience with table-tennis-tables.co.uk I feel that I should let other people know that they would be dealing with a very well-run company.
In summary:
1/ Initial technical query e-mail regarding the various table options was answered very quickly and thoroughly. Thanks Russell.
2/ For such a bulky item I thought that the delivery time was excellent (the table was in my back garden 4 working days after ordering)
3/ Delivery people turned up at the arranged time (they phone 1 hour before delivery which is very handy)
4/ No exhorbitant extra delivery charges (I live in Belfast)
5/ Product was exactly as ordered, as described and at a good price. As the order was over a certain value I also received complimentary bats, balls and table cover.
I really can't fault any aspect of their service. Brilliant!

Difficult to imagine a better service!
I tend to vacillate over anything more expensive than a box of Swan Vesta and spoke to Russell several times before placing my order.
He was extremely helpful and the Cornilleau 500m outdoor table tennis table arrived promptly on the day arranged.

The table was on the door-step within 4 working days - courier company was very efficient, the package delivered without any form of damage. I didn't call for advice but their comments on the Butterfly table I was initially looking at made me purchase a Cornilleau Sport One Outdoor table. I knew I needed an outdoor one and they said this was a good weatherproof table and a one handed operation to set-up - it is. It also has adjustable legs, useful as my patio isn't flat!
Love the fact that decent accessories; cover, bats and balls were included.
I was contacted immediately and given a delivery date that suited me. The driver called an hour before they arrived. Excellent service.
Can't comment on assembly, but my 13 year old and husband managed together. It has forced a clear out of the garage and now we actually have space to use it on a wet day!

Great table, excellent service.
The company website was clear and informative. Table was delivered when we were told it would be. Staff were all very pleasant, and I think it's good value for money. It folds and stores very easily, and the cover, bats and balls all as part of the price are really good.
The only criticism I would have is that in the instructions, the screws were numbered in a way that we found confusing: the numbers didn't seem to correlate to anything! However, the diagrams were clear, and we had put the table together and were playing on it within two hours. If you are not into self assembly (I'm not, but my husband is good at it), I would recommend arranging to have the table assembled for you - I think the company will do this for a charge.
I would certainly recommend the company and the table without hesitation.

Honest opinions and advice
First attracted to the website by the honest reviews that are given on the tables. This was then compounded when speaking to one of the advisers who recommended a cheaper table out of two I was considering.
Chose delivery day and everything ran smoothly from there. Also nice to receive higher quality accesories than offered by other vendors of the same table.
Would deff recommend and return to if I ever need a new table.

Good choice on the website, speedy service.
Arrived in a damaged box, no delivery note. When opened small scratch on table, kept it as only minor damage and it will soon have even more once kids start playing on it! Two halves appear to only hold together when you attach the clips for the net and lock the wheels. Unsure if there should be a bracket under the table.... Quite lightweight but hoping will stand up to use by families in our games room on a caravan park.

Really good service. Called to make sure we had the space for an indoor table and check we hadn't made an error in ordering.
The only recommendation would be that they arrange (even if it is for a extra fee) for the table to be taken upstairs and assembled. I would definitely have paid for this service.

Great Value and Excellent Customer Support
I bought a Kettler outdoor table and before purchase was offered helpful advice by phone when making my order. The table arrived promptly on the delivery date given and all was as promised. On assembling the table I had a small problem with a nut and bolt which became threaded. I sent an email to explain the issue and was phoned back within the hour by a technician who said he would arrange to get a replacement part sent F.O.C. I am very impressed and satisfied by this level of service and have no hesitation in highly recommending this company!

The ordering process was completely painless - and was preceded by a discussion as to which table would best suit our needs. Pleasingly, there was no attempt to sell us a more expensive table which would provide little, if any, additional benefit.
The delivery arrangements were efficient. The table turned up within the time slot that we could see from the tracking information available the evening before (shame it was 7am on a Saturday, but that's the luck of the draw!), and all the bits were there.
The only slight niggle was that some of the screws were very difficult to attach to the (plastic?) coated nuts, as a result of which the head of a couple of screws wore away before they were tightened as much as I would ideally like. But that doesn't appear to undermine the integrity of the table, so it's not a problem! I'd only deduct half a star for that, so I'd give a rating of 4.5 stars if I was able to.
