I was after a particular style and colour of Maui Jim sports sun glasses.The Sunglasses-Shop were one of a few that were offering them for sale so I placed my order with them.
They were with me on the following day, so I was very pleased with the service as well as my 'cool shades'!

Superb service
Order pair of sunglasses that were despatched same day and received via UPS next day. Excellent. Glasses didn't suit unfortunately. Sent back by special delivery for exchange for another pair slightly cheaper. They sent out replacement glasses same day they received original pair, and refunded price difference same day. Replacement glasses received next day via UPS. Excellent service. Only slight hiccup - couldn't get the tracking link to work, kept going to help on tracking rather than tracking itself. However, as delivery so efficent and quick, this did not distract from superb service.

You can buy with confidence from Sunglasses-Shop. I purchased my Rayban wayfarers 2140 but as I didn't know which frame size to choose I bought the small and medium. I was able to faff about over a few days trying each size on in different mirrors etc..Unlike when you are in a shop and the assistant is breathing down your neck hastening your choice. I returned the unwanted pair by special delivery and got a refund...Excellent.

Easy to navigate website with a good description of the goods and plenty of info on how to choose the right sunglasses for the right activities. Good price for the sunglasses I wanted. Despatched quickly but would have like to have seen more protection around the glasses than a plastic bag. That said they arrived undamaged.

I received my order quickly but was disappointed to find that one of the lens of the glasses was cracked.
I returned the item and wrote a covering letter, I received a speedy response by e mail the next day that included an apology and reporting that new replacement glasses would be sent the following day and my postage costs reimbursed,
