The main problem seems to be the sizing. By no means very large but pants would not come up over bum. Could do with more accurate sizing.

Not quite what I wanted ...
I ordered a ladies Helly Hansen ski jacket from Simply Piste. It arrived with no problem, but unfortunately it was not really what I actually wanted. Have sent it back and now await a refund.

Excellent service, speedy delivery :)
Having ordered salopettes for my partner's birthday present, then finding they were out of stock, I was delighted to find salopettes in stock at simply piste with the added bonus of speedy delivery to ensure they arrived in time.
Website was easy to use, range of stock good.
Emails kept me updated of my purchase and delivery was on time.

Excellent service
I bought a ski jacket from Simplypiste. It arrived very quickly and was all packaged. Unfortunately the jacket was not exactly what I wanted so I returned it using the collect plus service which was great and my money was refunded by simplypiste within a couple of days. I would certainly use simplypiste again as their service is excellent.

Right product, good price, excellent delivery
We bought the Didriksons Kids Devon Jacket in Blue. We know from experience that Didriksons products are good quality and hard-wearing. Our three boys have been warm and dry throughout the winter in these jackets and the added functionality and expand a size feature mean I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Easy website to navigate with good images of items and a handy video for some items
Good choice of items, a variety of different views of many items and a video that might be a little long winded for some items but useful if you are buying something that needs more technical detail. My only gripe is that a lot of the stock always seems to be sold out.

Ordered ski pants for my partner but didn't fit. Ordered correct size and returned originals for a refund. Both orders arrived very quickly and I was amazed that my refund was also processed within a couple of days of returning the package. Very good customer service. I've got to hand it to them, the glove fits!
I purchased a pair of Scott gloves size XL from simplypiste, having undertaken an hour of online research for exactly what I wanted. A number of suppliers just didn't have XL. The price was fair, information provided was excellent throughout, the package arrived quickly and when promised and the gloves are exactly as ordered.
I hope my skiing lives up to the service I've experienced.

Fantastic service absolutely everything was brilliant
