I bought a monitor but the website changed my delivery address to my billing address, I immediately contacted them to change the delivery address but they said that this was not possible after the sale. Seriously? Within one hour of the sale being made?
There is also no support after 5pm or at all over the weekend. Really annoying company, poor website payment layout, the account button sends you back to the main page, so you cant look at your account. The Tracking service doesnt work either. Not user friendly at all, i wont be buying from them again.
Nice TV, decent price and delivered within the given timescale when ordered. The online customer service I spoke to via messenger was helpful..
Would have been five stars, but I didn't like the way 'extras' like vip card were added and the onus is on the customer to remove them...
I bought a scanner about a month ago. It works fine, but this is a really big fortune, because when I get it, it's box was reriously crashed, and it was opened, so it is a wonder I have every parts of it. In the other hand, they added somewhere in the order process a vipix card to my order, what is about £8. I can't return it, because the return feature just not working. Losing £8 is the smaller problem, the biggest is the fact they added it to my order automatically, what is seriously unacceptable to me! I'm really hate this kind of violent marketing, and I think I will send it back to pixmania included with a nice message about what I'm thinking about this.
no problems hassle free and efficient, got TV in stock and arrived three days later as seen on site
Can't fault Pixmania on prices - way cheaper than other suppliers of even reconditioned items.
Item in stock and shipped quickly, even with standard delivery.
Will certainly consider using again.
Ordered a Samsung TV at best price - never used Pixmania before but found it easy and delivery was good ( beat another product ordered from Amazon !). So no complaints from me - would use again.
Ordered an item for next day delivery on a Friday, expected the item Saturday or at least on Monday as paid extra for it. Contacted the agent Jan online and asked if I will get the item on Saturday or at least Monday :) was told it will be processed on Monday and will be delivered Tuesday/Wednesday! Told him I paid for nothing then as it will be delivered in like 5 days or so! Told me he understands and told me about their terms and conditions :) He understand but wont do anything to help the customer. Told him to cancel the order, anyway the last bit was funny first time got told "as you wish" by a customer agent :) well done pixmania keep up the good customer i will surely recommend you to others!!!
I only noticed all the bad press when I came to give my thoughts.
Personally I had come to Pixmania as I got totally stiffed by another website from whom I am still waiting a refund for my failed order. Not only did I find the graphics card I wanted but at some £50 cheaper than I could find elsewhere coupled with a voucher, it was an absolute steal.
It came bang on time, was well wrapped in air cushions and works as it should.
No complaints at all.
Pros-Prices are very competitive, but for good reason
My graphics card arrived in reasonable time. Costing nearly 200 pounds, I shopped around abit looking for the best price and ended up at pixmania. It arrived in reasonable time. It came in a plain box, no sleeve, and missing content. I assume the actual product box with a content list was removed so they could sell accessories separately( I was confused at the checkout why I was being asked to purchase 'add ons' like an hdmi cable when it should be boxed). So opening up the box I find the BARE minimum in the box in order for the product to be functional the product and a CD driver disc, No manual, hdmi, crossfire cable and some dubious antistatic protection looking like it was from another product.
After trying to talk some sense into the customer services and sending numerous asking them to simply send out the missing accessories which they refused, I opted for a refund, which first had to be authorised by them taking a few days, then I had to print out a returns form, and also an invoice which I had to call up for again. It was when I found the returns address that I realised this company was actually based in France and not the UK which was not evident anywhere when purchasing from the company.
Postage cost were quite high unsurprisingly, and after about 4 frustrating weeks I ended up with a refund FOR THE PRODUCT. I still have no refund for postage, and to get your postage back takes a further 4/5 emails including sending them all of your bank details, including swift and IBAN codes which I wasn't even aware of. One can only assume this is another measure to put you off getting a refund for postage, as normally the refund would be done through the same measure you paid with.
My advise would be to pay that bit extra to save the hassle and time, even if you are on a budget.
Update:- Pixmainia mediator attempts to portray there company in false positive light. ( FIRST TIME IVE HAD A MESSAGE THATS NOT COPIED AND PASTED FORM THEM)
- I'm still waiting for a postage refund 9 days after given all my necessary details.
This lady who answering for the problems on this site only doing COPY - PASTE... I wrote her many questions regarding to an investigation against the company.. I did not get any reply not even a HI.
Let me just ask her to start replying for my questions right now and here:
Why the item that I ordered said it was in stock when not? I dont care how many items you have it is your company responsibility that wanted to deal with that wide range of products and if they cant handle it dont do it. It is just that easy like 1 2 3... I want a normal useful answer for this question as you writing the same samples for everybody that I dont accept.
Why your company ignoring my bank when its ask for refund for my request??? Contacted bank and they said it is on their deposit account and they will ask refund from you.. Contacted bank yesterday, said you took my money without any permission to me or to my bank. Can your accountants count till 3??? are they monkeys from jungles clicking around on the keyboard or humans with brain?
Why your customer service assistants start arguing with me even the manager if I have a problem because of your poor service? Why they want to disconnect me and telling me that I cant record the call when I letting them now that I am recording the call because of evidences that I will use against your company..
Can I Please Ask for your full name and contact details as Ombudsman asked me they want to know who I contacted to and if they cant solve my problem ask for contact details from higher management. So please make sure you will also send me your managers names and contact details otherwise you keeping information back.

Ordered a projector with 48hours delivery and site said it is in stock. After 48 hours they did not even dispatched my stuff and contacted with me. Called them and they said it is not in stock they have to order it and will take up to 10 more days. Assistant told me maybe I can get back a part of my delivery cost :):). Canceled my order and asked for refund, also called my bank to stop the transfer and ask the company for refund. Pixmania sent me an email saying my refund been made on the 27th March and it will take up to 3 working days. 1 week later on the 2nd April they took my money from my account ignoring me and my bank. So many mistakes, rude manager who even started shouting on the phone, they are trying to find excuses why they making mistakes like it is not their fault. They now saying they have technical issues that is why they cant send my money, what a joke... people complaining about the same for years...They cant have issues every single day. I have to pay rent but I cant because of they sitting on my £500. They not contacting with you if anything goes wrong, no email, no call no comment on your account, you only get updates when you calling them. My worst customer service experience and the most unprofessional company I have ever seen, they dont know what they doing really. I had to ask my bank for investigation and had to take legal actions to ombudsman to stop this. Waiting for outcome.

I*'ve read some of the reviews on here and unfortunately I can not relate to them. I bought a netgear N750 wifi gigabit router it was a steal nearly half the price of else where. Choose 10 day postal service as I wasn't in a hurry and it turned up in around 3-4 days.
got no complaints so far
I just ordered a Toshiba 32" 3D Tv from Pixmania and was slightly concerned when I read the feedback on this site. It arrived today (3 days from ordering despite it being sent all the way from Belgium) - it was totally as described and I am delighted with my purchase.
I have used Pixmania on a number of occasions in the past and never had a problem with them then, either - admittedly it was a few years ago - I am glad I followed my instincts and ignored the moaners on here as it saved me a lot of money.
I find it hard to believe anyone posts on these sites after having delivered an item they have paid handsomely for and then feel the need to tell the world what a wonderful event that has just occurred and gives 4/5* to companies just for doing the minimum of what's expected; I may be just sceptical but...................................Anyway, I only went online, like most people I guess, as I had problems with PiXmania from day one; First they 'lost' my order, then emails sent to the address on the site at the time were returned by the system as 'email address does not exist'; I got in touch eventually via another of these sites, arranged delivery, some 10 days after my order; The item, an LG 50pk350 came with a wet box and despite [Name]@PiXmania promising a replacement if any problems, of course just out of warranty, that happened and since that time, PiXmania have ignored my request for a repair under 'fit for purpose' consumer law; To cut a long story, they kept upping the anti, even emailing a fiendishly complicated range of caveats before they would act; So a stand-off ensued,but 5 months later, after a long illness, I did what they asked, but still no action; It cost me £140.00 to repair the tv, plus 5 months rental of a replacement; I gave PiXmania ample warning of my intentions to get the tv repaired by a local company and charge them unless they responded; Eventually they did, after the tv was repaired, using an excuse that [Name] was not in that week! Absolute shower, so you on here gloating, wait till it goes wrong, I bet you wont be giving out 5*s then? ps I hope the latest Mediator@PiXmania starts to deal with my scandalous 'customer service' issues,as I have told them on the 1st of next month, me, with the backing of trading standards, will be at the small claims court,. looking for lots of cash from PiXmania;
Update:the response below from an [Name] @pi mania( as opposed to [Name], who's gone AWOL, the one from Monday last,[Name] and apparently a new one who they claim has contacted me, [Name], all of whom I suspect are the same guy,a gutbucket sitting at 6 screens tapping out platitudes all day , because if pixmania has a 'customer service 'department, I'm a monkey's uncle) , I wonder if he/she/it actually read my post as I have never contacted Curry's about this, let alone their laughably named 'tech guys'( sexist is that not?):
As for this demand that I, or anyone else has to provide a report, to their satisfaction, is the biggest load of bull ever:
A TV that wont switch on, is clearly 'not fit for purpose' under the sale of goods act 1979(updated), the age is relevant, but a 2yo TV is clearly well within the 6 year unconditional use period: Once I or anyone contacts the retailer and or any provider of credit over £100.00 in the sale and state that you/I are claiming under 'fit for purpose' criteria, the retailer must act, have the TV assessed and unless they can prove that you have damaged or miss used the TV, carry out a repair, free of any charge or replace the TV : Now I know all this as I am in contact with Birmingham Trading Standards, the biggest and most respected in the country, so who would you believe, them or pixmania, a company that has reneged on it's legal obligations for five months? Even today. they through their 'mediator',have been obfuscating, in the hope I will get angry so I can be dismissed as an 'abusive customer'; PiXmania, one way or another. I want the £140.00 repair cost paid back before the first of April, or it's court time:

although I saw some bad review of them, my experience is very good from them, I only placed 5-6 orders, but returned twice, every time smoothly, non need to get permit in 14 days, just print lable online, very simple and easy.
1. They e-mailed me my password in plaintext indicating they do not store passwords securely
2. Their site does not use SSL so when you type your username and password in it is sent in the clear which is very bad news especially if you're connecting via an unsecured wireless network
3. The badges listed under "Award of Trust" are misleading and not related to trustworthyness at all.
4. The security statement on their Customer Commitment page stating the IMRG reviews the security and data protection credentials of their site is false - I checked this with IMRG.
Have requested comment from Pixmania on these items and the only response I get is "our e-mails are secured and we are protecting our customers data". Given the misleading statements on their site taking them at their word is the last thing I'll be doing.
Would definitely not recommend this site and have advised my father and a number of other people not to use it.

I ordered a fridge that wasn't in stock anywhere else, black Beko tall fridge to be precise. Pixmania claimed that i'd get it within 10 days so i ordered and paid. We didnt receive any acknowledgment of the order and without a number its impossible to get into the tracking system. When i discovered that they had taken the money from my card i sent two emails to the company. They ignored them. I then posted a negative remark on their facebook page, and that got a response from Emma, customer care. She told me the fridge wouldnt be in stock for another 3 weeks and if i wanted my money back i could have it or wait for the delivery. As i had contacted Beko direct myself and found out that they didnt really know when they would have these fridges i told her i wanted my money back. As they had got my money for no good reason i also expected some form of interest payment. Also to add insult to injury they are STILL advertising the fridge with a 10 day lead time. They are liars!! How can a company be allowed to do that? I havnt heard from them since, i did expect an immediate apology but obviously they have so many other unhappy customers i have to get in the queue. Don't be a mug like me, don't buy from this company

I needed a second laptop and after spending much time on the internet I found Pixmania was by far the best price.
However I never received the e-mail telling me my dispatch No.and that it was on it's way. After 5 days I rang them only to speak to a man in India who said they couldn't deliver it and it had been returned to the ware house. I explained that there was always someone here so he said I'd need to sort it out with the delivery company. He said ring the No. on the card-I said there was no card as no one had come.He then gave me a No. for the delivery company and a ref. no.. He gave me a non exsistant no. so I had to find it out myself. When I did get through she said no one had delivered it yet, it was still in the office with her.I should have been able to speak to someone in the UK who knew what they were talking about. I felt they weren't interested.

All was well. Ordered Fri. Arrived Mon. Logitech Harmoney Remote
I ordered a combination microwave. It arrived in reasonable time. On opening I found that the plastic around the door was broken on one corner. There was no debris in the box so I assume that it was packed in that condition. The box was in perfect condition so the couriers were not at fault.
I rang Pixmania within 30 minutes of receiving the item and informed them of the damage and the circumstances.
I was informed that they would investigate and contact me, they asked for photos of the damage which I supplied within 30 minutes. I asked for a replacement as this was a birthday present for a relative. They informed me that the investigation would take up to 5 days. I asked why this was and was told they had to investigate with the courier. I explained the situation again to them but they didnt seem to understand.
It is now 26/01/2013, 8 days since I first contacted Pixmania and despite numerous phone calls and emails to them I have received no offers of replacement or refund, they just keep repeating that they are still investigating. I ask them what exactly they have investigated but they will not answer.
In the meantime I am left with a damaged microwave that possibly isnt safe to use. I have been absolutely honest with them so I have had to initiate a claim via Paypal. I am fed up with this company and advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think again. Terrible customer service, one of the worst I have ever encountered!!
Not even worthy of a one star rating.

I ordered an item - never arrived - contacted company and got standard answer which was incorrect cut and paste nonsense
I pressed company on why I never received my item and they eventually admitted the courier never even attempted delivery - did they even have it when they took my money ?
I then asked for them to send another and they said no we have to confirm we have received it back in our warehouse first - even though they knew it had never even been delivered
I then said I want my money back as the way they treated me was appalling - and again they said we need another 5 days to investigate, and no your not getting your money until we get our item back - even though they know they never even tried to deliver it in the first place
It has been 10 days now since the item was supposed to be delivered - all I want now is these jokers to give me my money back
I have also contacted my credit card company about their behavior and initiated a charge back
Avoid these at all costs - if things go well - all ok - if things go wrong expect the worst
true customer service and the quality of a company is judged when things go wrong - I hope people reading this take this into account - ignore comments about anything that arrived ok and take note of comments when things go wrong as good service in these situations is the sign of a true high quality company which Pixmania I'm afraid is definitely not.
They also put more effort into managing reviews on ratings sites than they do with their own customers on their own site - extremely cynical and pathetic.

I'm in the market for a graphics tablet & a GoPro camera at the moment but I can safely say, these guys won't be getting any of my money now or at any time in the future after the experience I had with a camera I bought from them!
Don't know how these people can get away with what they do!
Read the fine print carefully & you will discover the warranty doesn't actually cover what the camera is advertised to do!
May as well be talking to a brick wall with their customer service however it's easy to see that it comes from the top of the organisation though!
I wish I had read the reviews before buying!

I haven't received my item yet as today is the last day til the 4-6 days are up but I have messaged several times as my Royal Mail Tracking number isn't working so I cant track my item but then it also said on one thing it was Curry's delivering it but the number doesnt work there either :(. I'm so confused! I have also read the reviews after I ordered it and I am getting scared of getting screwed over :(
Worried and Confused consumer
I ordered something on 26th December, admittedly I knew it was Boxing Day and probably wouldn't get verified until at least 27th December. I get a phone call on 27th saying that I have to verify the order, which is good. The lady on the phone said I should receive my delivery within 24-48 hours, (so either 28th or possibly 31st as most deliveries don't come on a weekend). I never received my delivery on either dates, so I rang up the customer services and was told that I had been sent an email with regards to delivery, which I didn't receive. I asked them to me one again which they couldn't for some reason, anyway I asked them for a tracking number for the parcel however they could not provide me with a tracking number because until the delivery sent and they receive a number of the delivery firm they can't give me one, so I realised that my parcel was not sent out straight away. I rang back a couple of times to ask about the tracking, and I got the same answer, "wait until you get an email saying about delivery" I had to ring back 4 times to get a proper answer, and in the end they said they would refund me my delivery charge which I thought was reasonable considering it was £40. The final time I rang back was great because the guy on the other end of the phone seemed to know what he was doing, and sorted the refund out straight away. Yet the previous days, I had to ask what was going on with my enquiry because the guy who was meant to be sorting out my enquiry had finished on a half day and forgot to pass on my details to someone else to sort out, this wasn't helped at the time by the customer service assistant having a strong international accent so it was very difficult to understand what they were trying to say, I feel really bad when I kept asking to repeat themselves. Overall, it was an ok service and I understand that I ordered during holiday period but customer service needs to be worked on in the future.
I am happy with my product and would probably use pixmania again, during normal season to see how they faired in delivery as it would have been unfair to judge their delivery service during a period when the calendar is full of national bank holidays.
I bought an Ingo Hello Kitty Tablet for my daughter in November ready for Chistmas, stupid me for being prepared!! Within 3 days of Christmas Day, the screen cracked by my daughter touching the touchscreen without force, and it took till 3rd January for them to give me a returns notification to get my money back. The product is now back with Pixmania but they have just got back to me stating that it broke due to improper use! How can a 4 year old who is used to an iPad improperly use a tablet unless the product is Unfit for purpose? Now Pixmania is wanting to send me the broken product back, which is still broken to a 4 year old, still believing in Father Christmas!
I am confused with Pixmania's customer service and at the moment I am really not impressed with them! What has happened to a years' warranty?
Blase Barany synes vurderingen var nyttig
I have used Pixmania twice in the past three years, and I've been nothing but impressed by them.
My first purchase three years ago, was a Samsung TV which explicitly told me it was a European plug (These idiots giving 1 star reviews because of a bloody plug really need to pull their heads out their rear-ends and LEARN TO READ EVERYTHING PROPERLY). Plus they even sell the converters for £2-£3 and is also recommended as an addition to the original purchase, I honestly have no faith in humanity sometimes if they can't read or pick up that hint.
Second purchase was on the 20th of December, I busted my headset and mouse...I work from home and these are essential to me, I ordered a RAT7 and a FREQ5 to which they promptly arrived via UPS 3 days later (Again, people giving 1 star reviews for late shipping on Christmas...grow the eff up, it's a courier issue not their issue, plus if your area is only signed up for Yodel delivery..go and talk to your parish/council to sort out depos for other companies).
I had the unfortunate scenario where I received a DoA headset..not Pixmania's fault, just a bad headset, the packaging was impeccable it was in a nice large sturdy corrugated box with plastic air pockets for shock absorb. I sent an RMA ticket in, they sent me an e-mail, I booked with UPS to pick up on the 1st of January and I am now sitting here with my £100 spent on the headset 7 days later during January when the returns rate is going to be mental.
I was first apprehensive about ordering from Pixmania after reading for the reviews, but they are honestly ID10T and user errors. If you have an issue, like I did, don't slap a one star review on a great company. Use their support lines, they always answer within 24 hours. Oh, forgot to mention, I saw some illiterate idiot saying "Bank transfers are fast, they take 3 days in the EU", please don't listen to him...international transfers can and might take up to 14 days to process., how do I know? I deal with international bank transfers on a daily basis and it is a pig, especially round December/January.
Edit: Mouse broke after two months of use, decided to just get a refund. The phone operator who I had was absolutely and I mean absolutely appalling. She was the most rude and aggressive person I have EVER had to deal with on a phone line in my life. I'll be honest, I was not happy about that after I received great service from their phone lines before. It seems like a few bad phone operators and support operators are causing you issues Pixmania, this needs to be addressed.

After ordering a package of headphones and audio lead, the delivery guy turns up with one box containing an audio lead, i ask if there is another box and he says no, he basically couldnt speak English and was ignorat and rude, Northgate should not employ people with such a poor understanding of our launguage.
After making a call he leaves with the one parcel and i have to start emailing to find out what has to be done about this outstanding order (a Christmas present for my son) i am told they will investigate and that the parcel was delivered, it may have been, but not to me!!
Two days later and no further on, if this is not resolved ASAP i shall be taking legal advice and posting to numerous forums and review sites to ensure the word is out there.
Today is the 11/01/13, so much for a 5-10 day review turnaround time, i have been credited £2.00 the value of the cable i returned (because the headphones were not in the parcel) and nobody has emailed or contacted me regarding the missing headphones or a refund on the £59.00 im still owed, this is just not acceptable!!!!!!!
Here is my latest experience with this comapany. I think they need to have a good introspective look into their systems, processes, procedures as well as their supply chain, if they do not want to loose more business. They have certainly lost my business.
I ordered some Corsair PC memory and a Microsoft Natural Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard from them, and paid extra for next day delivery.
As far as the memory is concerned, they sent me an email on the day they were supposed to deliver, to tell me it was out of stock, and that it might become available again affter 10 - 14 days, but with no guarantees.
I checked their website the same day, only to find out that it was still listing the product as "in-stock", and was still accepting orders for it. Furthermore, Pixmania.co.uk, despites the product was out of stock, still charged my bank account. Since they have a validation stage in their sales process, in my opinion that stage should have picked up the fact that the product was out of stock and not make a charge to my account, untill the product was actually being dispatched. To add insult to injury, they even charged the next day delivery charge, despites knowing fully well they where not going to hit that deadline. After replying to their email and asking them to contact me via telephone to discuss other options, they sent an email response saying I should contact them on their customer service number, which is not a free-phone number by the way. When I got through to their customer services, I tried to change my order to a different type of memory, that their customer service rep assured me was still available and in stock. He told me I could not do a simple swap and pay the difference. I would have to pay seperately for the new order, and get a refund to my account for the previous order, which could take up to 10 working days. At this point I agreed with this, and said OK, lets do this... can we complete the purchase transaction over the telephone? Their customer service rep started a new order by (believe it or not) logging on to the pixmania web site with my account details, totally bypassing my password. He then proceeded to place the new order through the normal customer side web system, and got to the point where he needed to process my payment. I gave him my card details, and he started to process the payment, only to get to the point where the Verify Secure By Visa system was triggered and asked for my security details credentials. At that point the pixmania customer services rep advised me he could not complete the order, because I had this extra security step set up on my card, and he could not ask for my password details. He then cancelled the transaction, locking my card in the process, but not advising me of this at this stage. He then proceeded to advise me that the order would still be available on the pixmania site, and I should just log in to complete the payment. When I attempted that, to my surprise, I found my card had been locked at the Verify Secure By Visa step, and I could not complete any transactions without speaking to my bank customer services, at another non-free telephone number. Whell at least they refunded my original order cost and the cost of next day delivery. I cancelled the new order as well from their web site and ordered from Overclockers.
As far as the keyboard is concearned, it arrived about a week later, with a German key layout, despites having been ordered on their UK site, charged to a UK bank account, billed and delivered to a UK address.
Overall, very bad service and fundamental mistakes at every step of the process, Bad and out of sync stock and websites e-commerce systems, bad and non-existing order validation process, bad customer service training failing even the minimum security requirements as far as it concernes telephone/online payment processing systems, products in foreign format not clearly labelled as such. Very poor service on all fronts in my opinion. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Samsung TV. Came with no UK power cable. Has taken 3 weeks to get them to send me a handful of crappy adaptors, when I've asked them to send the cable. I'd never use them again.
Update 08/01/13: Heard from a very friendly lady representative of Pixmania, who promised to sort it out. In the meantime, have received even more adaptors and while i have yet again explained it to the Rep (who promised to do something) - I still haven't got a UK cable for the TV. Thinking of reporting this to the Trading Standards office as a breach of contract and the appropriate Electrical safety Standards.......
I bought an LG Monitor from them and it came with an EU power supply. I called them and they sent me out some adaptors. Now i've seen these before and I told them that it wouldn't work because the plug was molded onto the power block. Still they sent them out and they didn't work as I had predicted.
I called them again and sent them a few photos. There response was to tell me they would give me up to £5 to purchase my own adaptor.
You can't sell a product to the UK market if you can't provide the necessary accessories to make it work in the UK.
They keep asking you to buy extra things. Then even after you have refused they try to trick you into buying extras by putting them in the cart, you have to then remove them. I made a mistake and wanted to cancel my order but they couldn't cancel it because it had been 'Forwarded'. They told me to refuse the delivery. Item was ordered at weekend despatched monday, apparently it was out for delivery yesterday (wednesday) although it seems no attempt was made. Today (thursday) an attempt was made at 18:40, as it is a work address no one was in. I have been receiving parcels from royal mail and couriers all week so I can only conclude that the courier firm they have used (bpost) is useless.
I ordered an Ipad mini which showed up as 'in stock' on the Pixmania website. I paid £15 for express 24hr delivery and it should of been sent out that day before midday. 2 days later I called to find out that the product wasn't even stock, no email... no notification... nothing. Now Im waiting to get my money back via paypal and I need it for a christmas present. Furious.
REPLY to PIXMANIA's REPLY:
Don't talk utter rubbish to try and make Pixmania sound professional. I checked my order online and it stated that it had been validated. Surely after my delivery date had came and gone I should have received an email telling me that my ipad didnt even exist. My friend ordered an ipad on the same evening and you sent him the wrong colour... wrong spec.... then told him to send it to France for a refund. Two orders... and two cockups.... you couldnt make it up!
