Loving it, supper easy!
Paypal is a super easy site to keep all your online orderes in one place, no more chassing throung all your emails looking for the right one when if yopur like me i have 10 folders for diff messaged i need to keep and i can never find what i want, (clearly i need a better sistem). payment are super easy and fact you dont have to spend 10min putting in all you card details its all there wen you log in, and to top if off the full card number is never displade only the last four degets. if you dont have a paypal account then you missing out!

Disgusting customer service!
Anyone wishing to have a merchant account would do better by approaching their bank. PayPal have their own rules and the merchant is second to the customer. You cannot speak to anyone, they run by USA T & C's and if you have a dispute with PayPal, tough! They hold onto your money, and in the case of a dispute with them, they hold your money for 6 months!! A very poor company, but we are stuck with them. Shame they are not governed by the FSA.

Its Paypals way or no way.
Resolution decisions are always made that favour Paypal, they really do not give buyers the chance to explain the full situation, would never recommend them to new buyers.

Very safe, very convenient, but seriously expensive
As with most things, if you find a convenience they are always really expensive.
However, dont leave funds in the account. If ebay unilaterally decide to uphold a spurious claim from a buyer then Paypal will just take the money from you without permission.

SAFE SECURE WAY TO PAY
I find Paypal to be a very safe way to pay for things i purchase online, such as items from ebay. It makes a safe way to purchase items on my credit card and have insurance in the case of the item not arriving, or arriving damaged. I have been using paypal for approx 7 years and i have never had a problem.

Does paypal think I am a crook?
very frustrated with not being able to complete my transaction to a P O Box. I live in Cyprus and this is the most efficient way of collecting my goods - but my last attempt at purchasing for delivery that way was refused. Paypal also do not allow me to pay for items in GB pounds, despite ordering from a UK company and paying with a UK credit or debit card!!
where is the sense in that?

A most convenient way of paying for a wide range of goods
Once set up this site is very easy to use and makes payment for a wide range of goods very easy and convenient. Going into 'my account' is easy and this contains all the information that would be on a bank statement.
