Brilliant service
Mazuma do everything as stated, I sent them my blackberry 9780 they quoted me £49.00 which they paid after 4 days and that was over a weekend, sent it to them on Friday evening they sent me an email first thing on Monday morning confirming receipt and my money was in my account on the Monday evening, 1st class service I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to all friends and family . unlike cash4phones they are complete con artists they offered me £69.00 before I sent in my mobile they then offered me a ridiculous price of £27.00 stating it was in bad condition which was a lie, my mobile was in very good condition. I then had to pay £8.95 to get it back complete rip off!!!!!!! DO NOT USE CASH 4PHONES........ If you want value for money and treated very good send to MAZUMA.

Should have never stopped using in the first place
Had been distracted by higher paying rivals in the past that then routinely find fault and downgrade (O2 recycle particularly bad).

Simple fast and trusted
A friend recommended Mazuma to me. I had an iPhone 4 to sell having just upgraded to the iPhone 5.
The process was quick and payment was made the same day by bank transfer. As I live fairly local to the Mazuma HQ I dropped the phone in personally. The staff I met were helpful polite and efficient. Impressed!

I went onto the website, entered the details of my 'phones, was quoted a price and then a few days later had a postage bag sent to me. I popped my phones in the bag, took it to the Post Office to get proof of postage, and a few days later a cheque arrived! I would definitely use this service again.
