Our new blind arrived promptly via courier. We ordered a light grey venetian blind for our bathroom- it fits in the recess perfectly and looks brilliant. The colour was true to the website. Very pleased with it.

Delighted with blinds. They are good quality & reasonable priced. Recieved within a week & No trouble to install. We originally ordered for just one room, but we were so happy with them we purchased more blinds for all of the front of the house and they look great. Friendly customer service, good price and great Blinds!
Initially I telephoned in for samples which arrived in 2 days, after which I placed my order online and received the blinds in 6 days. Some companies can deliver next day, but I was wary of what the build quality would be like so I thought I would wait, based also on the friendly lady at customer services stating their turnaround time was due to manufacturing and quality... She was right and they were packed well on delivery too!
Overall can't complain for the price and build quality, even if you have to wait a few extra days for delivery.

Excellent service
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the company, from the ease of ordering to the swift delivery. The blind fabric was just as I expected, from the sample send before. However the plastic bag containing the screws and brackets was broken inside the box and the screws were missing. Also there were no fitting instructions. As we are proficient at D.I.Y this didn't cause us a problem personally. Now that the blind is in position it is working perfectly.

Great product with helpful advice.
I bought from this company because of the excellent practical advice I received when I phoned before purchasing. The blinds are just the colour I wanted and work well. I was disappointed in the delivery time as I had to phone, was given a date and they didn't arrive. I was going away so it was a bit of a worry and I had to leave a note pinned on the door for the blinds to be taken to a neighbour. Pity this let the company down.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Peter and Carole at Made to Measure Blinds. They were very helpful and went the extra mile to help us with our order of woodweave blinds. I'd been hunting for 'off the shelf' roller blinds for ages, but couldn't find any to fit - so decided to buy on-line. I found the Made to Measure website. It was so easy to navigate and I was able to completely design my own blind from scratch. The sample material came very promptly, so I was able to place my order within days. When the blind arrived it was even better than I'd hoped for! Absolutely brilliant, it fitted perfectly and the braid detail was very neat. I originally ordered one set of blinds as I was unsure as to the quality and how easy it was going to be or if I'd got my measurements correct. I never bothered ordering a sample and just took the plunge. I needn't have worried as they were perfect. The colour and quality of the blind was excellent and it was a dream to fit. I have since ordered 2 more of the same blind they are that good. They were delivered very quickly and well packaged and have transformed my rooms. If I ever need blinds again I would not hesitate in using Made to Measure Blinds.

Great product at good prices, looks great and is exactly what we wanted.
We originally looked at buying a venetian blind from a diy centre but sizes weren't quite right and we would have had to cut it down. Having done this before it is a real pain and never looks great. The blinds ordered were competetively priced and came in a few days. Fit perfectly with good quality fittings, so all in all I would order again. Thanks.

Excellent service BUT.....
Excellent service BUT I encountered a small misunderstanding with regard to the left or right choice of location fo the blind control string and rod
devices. I thouht I was ordering the rod only on the LHS but both controls were provided at this location.

Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry if you were confused when you are within the shopping cart building your blind every option the user selects has a(?)next to the question if you click the (?) It will bring up an explanation or a diagram to make the option completely clear to the user.
It would appear you did not make use of this option when you built your blind.
I hope this will not cause too much of a hindrance for you.
All standard venetian blinds we supply have the tilt and raise on the same side makes a neater appearance we feel.

Fantastic blinds.
My husband and I are more than pleased with our blinds.
Out of all the blackout samples we received from various companies, made to measure blinds looked more 'fabric' like, apposed to rubber looking.
We will definitely order again when we decorate upstairs.

A practical improvement on venetian blinds
Made to measure blind delivered exactly as ordered. Very easy and quick to fit in recessed dormer window. Some back tracking needed to change over the overlap direction of the strips in the absence of any instructions. Very pleasing result.

Reliable and speedy service of a very good product and at a reasonable price.
I found this company on-line and was taken by the detail in the products on offer, complete with video instructions on fitting etc. I followed the advice given for measuring the windows and sent details on line - all transactions were easy to follow and delivery was made within the five working days as was promised by their advertising. Fitting was so simple and quick. I am looking to order more blinds now as I continue my decorating plans.

We've ordered every blind in our house from this company, all different types too. Obviously you need to make sure you've measured everything accurately, but there is fantastic information and videos on the site to help you. I had a query a week before I ordered my most recent blind (blackout for my baby's nursery) and I got a very detailed and helpful email back, which helped me make my choice. Quality roller blind
Ordered the roller blind and had some good advice which meant my order needed to be amended.
The delivery date wasn't correct. When the courier arrived the following day he said it couldn't have been delivered the day before because the package was marked "Next day delivery."
Fitting the blind was very easy, however the plastic side winder was actually broken at the bottom. Not wanting to return the blind I used some superglue to mend it. Hope it lasts!
I would use this company again.

Blinds are good, delivery (labelling) poor, instructions need attention.
The blind I ordered is as requested, the online ordering was easy and the sizing straight forward. A wooden frontpiece to cover the metal casing at the top was scratched quite deep for about six-inches but I had some wood stain knocking around in the shed and managed to mask it. I didn't send it back because taking delivery did present a problem. The delivery address label (my office address) did not include my name though it was included in the delivery request, and some of the address was missing ('Bowling' became 'Bow'). The postcode was correct but it was delivered to the wrong building (and business). Not sure whether it was signed for but it arrived to me, opened, after doing the rounds next door whilst they were trying to find who it belonged to. Could it have been scratched during this process? who knows but who do you blame? I found it propped up in a corner of our post room because my colleagues didn't know who to pass it to either!

I've bought several blinds from this company over the last two or three years and have been delighted with the quality of the blinds, the service from the company and found the price to be very reasonable. There was a slight problem with the delivery of the latest order but this was due to adverse weather conditions and a problem at the courier's depot which made to measure blinds sorted out very quickly. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

When I ordered the 3 blinds I was given an estimated delivery date which was met.
Blinds arrived extremely well packaged and are of very good quality.
Easy to put up.
Very good value for money - I had been looking at similar blinds from a retail outlet however these weren't quite the right size so would have needed cutting to size - for the little extra I had to pay from Made to Measure Blinds for a perfect fitting blind it really wouldn't have been worth my effort and home cut blinds from a retail outlet certainly wouldn't have looked as good.
After I'd fitted the blinds I queried about an extra non-standard part for the blinds and Peter bent over backwards to help me. A big THANK-YOU Peter.
It is this level of after sales service which marks Made to Measure Blinds out from the crowd.
I thoroughly recommend them and if I wanted more blinds I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere.
