One word, EXCEPTIONAL!!!
the online service I experienced with Jura Watches was second to none. The website was clear and easy to use, the prices were more or less the best I could find and the FREE next day delivery was unbelievable in that it actually was free and actually was next day- unlike some other sites who make these bold claims but fail to deliver. In addition, the fact that Jura offer a FREE returns service is also unheard of, though with this kind of service I doubt it is something they have to fulfill that often!
The item was well packaged and arrived safely in mint condition.
I have already recommended this company to several friends and will certainly return to Jura Watches when I next need anew timepiece.

not happy
ordered a watch, that said order will be dispatched last friday. when asked where it was on the monday told that it is out if stock and will be between 1 and 2 weeks. this is a 50th birthday precent and needed for this sunday the 20th

Quick, efficient service
Ordered a watch from Jura late afternoon; got a text a couple of hours later that it was in the mail. If it wasn't for our remote Scottish Isle location, I would have had it the next day. And no extra charges because we had a funny post code.

SUPERB SERVICE
Another leading company had let me down by telling me the watch was in stock, had taken my money then emailed me to say there was a 7 day wait. Then a friend recommended Jura watches.
Contacted jura watches firstly to check if the watch was in stock using their live chat, instant reply.
Ordered the watch, next day it was on my sons wrist for his 18th birthday.
Wished I had went to them first.

A surprising Delight!
Having stumbled across the website I was impressed to see that the prices were very competitive, and cheaper than other sites which might be considered first. Having taken the plunge I have found their delivery service highly efficient and very speedy. I have nothing but praise for Jura Watches and would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I am looking for a watch in the future I will head straight back to check out Jura Watches first. Good old fashioned customer service.
Why would I shop anywhere else for watches or jewellery that Jura watches sell after my experience? I ordered online, recieved my goods within 36 hours & they were not suitable so I sought to return them. True to their word having rang up a prepaid return packet was sent by post tome & within 36 hours of posting I was advised that my full refund had been issued.
Could I have expected anymore? I think not! A first class perfect level of customer service & thus I will return again for purchases in the future- Thank You.....

Worst customer experience I have had in a very very long time
Ordered online a watch strap. The order was accepted and my money processed. I followed up after 1.5 weeks seeking an ETA and was told it would arrive the next week (obviously a generic answer as they did not actually look up the ETA).
The following week I was sent an email saying that they could not ship to Australia and they have cancelled my order. They then said the refund will take 4-5 days to process.
After many emails I was still getting nowhere, and they still refused to ship the strap. It took demands to speak to the GM (which I didn't do) and a reminder that they had entered into a contract with me meant that they would eventually ship the strap.
I am yet to receive the strap.
Not a happy customer experience!!

Quality product - fast delivery
Ordered my Suunto Core Lava watch on Friday lunchtime and it arrived first thing Saturday morning - nice surprise! The watch itself is a quality product and with a comprehensive downloadable user guide looks like this was a good buy in more ways than one.

order recieved promptly BUT
was told after recieving watch which didnt work that it was an ex display model which should be working as all watches checked before being sent. date on watch was totally wrong so that cast doubt in my mind that they are. after spending lots of time on phone and periodically being cut off i eventually spoke to an advisor who couldnt answer questions and as her manager was on another line i had to phone back. after going through phone farce again its now 2 weeks later and am still waiting for envelope to return watch which in turn means am still waiting for refund.

The online finance system has a constant technical difficulty!
Day 1 -
I logged into their website to find the watch I wanted, tried to compare it with different website but apparently this particular model doesn't exist anywhere else. so, decided to purchase it on finance, but due to some technical issues I was requested to try later.
Day 2 -
I tried to purchase it again the next day, but to no avail. So, I decided to call their number. (In my whole life I have never come across such an incompetent customer support), they requested from to contact their credit agent, namely V12 and explain the technical difficulty, I did so but again they weren't in the position to help - stating that they are only finance controllers and any website issue has to be taken up with 'Jura' themselves.
Day 3 -
I called Jura (Again), this time the lady on the phone had given me the phone number for their 'Mayfair Store', I called the store, I explained the problem. The guy on the other end of the line got extremely furious as he was listening to this total incompetency from members of staff in the customer service Dept, then requested from me to allow him 30min-1hr, so he could call himself and talk to them then he'll get back to me. Waited till the end of the working day but no call back.
Day 4 -
Wrote an email to the company, instantly received an acknowledgement email with a case number and a hopeless promise to contact me soon.
Day 5 -
None.
Day 6 -
None.
Day 7 -
None.
Day (I could go on and on, do you want me to).
Situations like these makes you wonder, do retailers like these ever think about profit and loss, I know retailers who especially under these difficult economic situation are prepared to cross the globe for the sake of their customer's satisfaction, but to see such indolence and slacking, this is something out of this world.

A bargain was had
I saw a bargain on the Jura website which was too good to resist. They offered interest free for 12 months which made the deal even sweeter. Dispatched promptly and arrived very quickly. I'm all around very happy.

What can i say other then repeat the above again. I placed my order & the watch arrived next day at a price no one else could beat this also includes the local jewellers where i live, where not only were the choices limited but also more expensive. I would totally recommend Jura Watches to anyone, excellant service,prices,choice & delivery.

This is a "review in progress", as currently I am still waiting for my watch which was "in stock" online when I ordered and paid for it, and due for delivery Mon 30th April.
Order for a Tissot watch placed Friday 27th April. Website stated 'In stock' and delivery would be Monday 30th April. Proceeded with order online with credit card. E Mail arrived soon after stating my order details. Monday 30th watch didn't arrive so I called and spoke to Jura Watches. They initially explained they were "out of stock", (interesting as stated online "in stock") and would call Tissot to get a new stock date and would call me back.
No call back so I called again, this time spoke to someone else, who said Tissot were very busy and had not yet replied. I explained Jura had taken the money from my credit card and processed the payment for an item they claimed was in stock. She suggested I call the manager of the store in Mayfair.
Called the Manager who was busy but did call me later. He explained in great detail that someone coincidentally bought the exact same watch in the shop at the exact same second I bought it online, and so was technically then out of stock, but online it still showed as in stock. He explained, that had never happened before..
Said he would call Tissot Switzerland as there were none in stock in the UK. Said he would order and that the watch will take 10 working days to arrive to the UK.
I ordered this watch online, on a Friday for delivery after the weekend on the Monday for 'convenience'. There are other online watch retailers stating this model is in stock, with one stating stock of "over 10 in stock". Plus I could have gone to a retail outlet over the weekend and bought and taken my watch from several retailers.
I don't feel I can fairly 'end' this review, as my experience has not yet ended. I remain at Jura's disposal for delivery within the next 10 working days. Meanwhile they have processed my payment and banked my money..
I buy a lot of watches and fair to say this is the first (and last) one I have ever purchased online..
..I will complete my review upon delivery of my purchased watch, so watch this space..

Excellent and speedy service
I had ordered this particular watch with another company and they called me back (after they'd had it posted as "in stock" on the website) that they couldn't deliver it until May. I was supposed to propose with this watch that very weekend, so I ordered through Jura Watches and it arrived the next day (in plenty of time for me to propose on Saturday). He said yes by the way!

Fast & accommodating
I bought a Suunto Core all black. Shipping was very fast as aspected, to Sweden. Within 2 days my watch arrived in Sweden. I had a couple of questions before purchase that Jura watches answered successfully.

Quality watches at amazing prices, and fast, efficient delivery & service.
I had been looking for a top of range Citizen Chronograph watch for some months, and had been looking to buy in India or Duty Free in Dubai. However, the prices seemed steep, so I'd given up hope.
However, I decided to have search online to see if I could get a bargain. The Jura website was advertising the type of Citizen watch I was looking for at over £100 cheaper than anywhere else. I thought it was too good to be true, so checked forums to see what reputation Jura had. They all seemed to be good reviews & genuine sites, so I decided to go for it. Ordered the watch on the Monday, and it arrived on the Wednesday, and with free delivery. The watch had been set up to the correct spec, and all the guarantees etc. had been provided. All in all, a great deal & superb customer service from Jura. Would recommend this company to anybody. Top stuff!
