The service provided by iflorist was superb. I had a query with my order which was dealt with quickly and efficiently with their online live help. I had ordered funeral flowers and when filling in the form I had omitted to put the name of person, iflorist phoned me in plenty of time on the morning of the funeral to check. The flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced. I will certainly be using iflorist again.

Wonderful flowers
I arranged to have a bouquet delivered to my son's fiancee following the birth of our first grandchild. They were absolutely lovely, and a week down the line they still look really fresh. I would recommend Iflorist to anyone.

Blooming great!
I ordered the flowers on line which contained a full description of the flowers with photographs and the price. It was all very easy, I picked the flowers of my choice entered all the relevant details and then paid. Easy! I had excellent communication all the way right through to delivery. Unfortunately at this stage I can not comment on the flowers as I have not heard from my friends as yet. But I would not hesitate to recommend (already have) and would most definitely use again. A really easy option for sending flowers to the other side of the world and very reasonably priced also. Thanks!

My mother adores me!
Web site was easily negociated. Regular email updates after order was placed. Mum said the flowers were really beautiful, Delivered on date requested with very little notice.

I have bought flowers from you twice in the last few months.
On both occassions the recipriants have been very pleased with both the appearance and the quality of the flowers sent!

Quality good. Quantity questionable.
Ordered a bouquet for my friend for her anniversary and used this website for the first time. Paid £40 (more than average) for a large bouquet. Got emails confirming order, delivery and then that they had been received, but on seeing the photo of the bouquet which my friend had taken of them, I couldn't help feeling that I could have spent less for the same quantity of flowers! Not sure I would use them again- really thought these flowers would have more of the wow factor. Disappointing.

Great service - recipient out but redelivered immediately.
Didn't see the flowers but the recipient said they were beautiful. Ordered same-day service but recipient was out and flowers re-delivered as soon as she notified she was back - great service.

quality, value, reliable
I use iflorist regularly to send flowers to Uk as I live in Australia..I have never had an issue, the flowers are always delivered on time, what I ordered and fresh. They have a great range of options for all occasions and price. Next day and same delivery.
I did have an issue with double payment - it was dealt with straight away by email and followed up. I don'y use any other florist when sending flowers to UK.

Fab flowers ordered from afar
Ordered flowers from Australia for mum in law for her 70th birthday and she called to say they were the loveliest flowers she'd ever been sent ! It's lovely for me to have a florist I can trust to pick flowers for me that I can't see

extremely disappointed, not what I asked for
I was extremely disappointed with the flowers, I specifically asked for whites/creams and made a point of contacting iflowers with this request who assured me this would not be a problem, they were pink and white. The flowers were of poor quality, few in quanity and did not look 'special' Compared with all the other flowers, these looked shoddy and cheap. I have another funeral
to attend this Friday but will look elsewhere for flowers.

Very poor , never will I buy from again
The flowers were for a funeral , they were 1 hr late . I paid for medium and got a small and to top it off the flowers are nearly all dead having only got them on Friday and today being Monday . Do not waste your time or hard earned money . Totally let down at such a hard and difficult time already .

Account details missing & password issues.
The product was excellent & my mum was so happy with her flowers, which brightened up her 1st wedding anniversary without my dad. She was very pleased that I had managed to find a bouquet with her favourite flowers in it (freesias). They were delivered on the right day & I was informed of delivery, which was very helpful & reassuring. My only problem is that I forgot my password so Iflorist sent me a new one, which I then wanted to change to something I would remember. However there is nowhere on the site to access my account details so I contacted customer services & asked for help on this. I was advised that I couldn't access my account details or change my password. The guy I spoke to didn't seem to understand why this would be a problem for me & he also didn't seem to care. So next time I want to use the site I'm going to have to ask for a new password again as I will never remember the one I was given! I also wanted to see what orders I've placed in the past etc but am unable to do this either, or change my details (which I don't want to do yet but am likely to want in the future). the guy I spoke to seemed unable to tell me how I would do any of this so I'm assuming it can't be done!

Disappointed with size of wreath
I paid £64 for a medium family wreath for my granddads funeral and was disappointed with the size of the wreath. It was much smaller than expected for the price paid.

Room for improvemment.
I did not receive a confirmation of delivery until over 24 hours afterwards. I had to ask for it.
The delivery took place without a telephone call beforehand and was left in front of the door.

Easy to order

Florist delivery, great service
I have ordered flowers online before but after reading what seemed like a huge number of poor reviews and problems experienced by other customers on a number of online sites, I was more nervous than usual that my order wouldn't arrive.
I ordered a bunch of flowers with "florist delivery" to be sure the order was fulfilled locally. The flowers arrived safely and my mum was thrilled.
I had no need to worry at all!

disappointing birthday present
I live abroad and wanted to give something special to my mum. A nice big surprise to make up for me not being there. Sadly, although my mother was touched by the gesture, I think the flowers were substandard. She felt the flowers used were those nearly at the end of the shelf life.
Its sad that the arrangement wasn't amazing, despite the fact that I paid over 50 pounds for the thing. Won't be using them again.

Great service, quick delivery
Loved the fact that the flowers I ordered were delivered quickly ( I placed the order a little late). The only downside was that I purposely picked a bouquet that had no lilies in it as the recipient hates lilies but when they were delivered Lilies had been put into the arrangement.

Professional flowers and service at an affordable price
The ordering process was very easy and straight forward and the flowers were beautiful. They looked lovely at the funeral and all the guests commented on how nice they were. I would definitely recommend your site and will consider using you in the future.
I would like to say a big thankyou to the customer service team, especially Pixie and Amanda and the florists, who provided a very professional arrangement. When it says 'Luxury' in the title, with this company you will get 'Luxury' flowers! (I ordered the Luxury Rustic Pillow)

Process could use slight improvement, the product was excellent.
I have never used this service before. I was shipping flowers to my Mother in the UK and I live in the US.
I logged in as a guest, bought the flowers and set up delivery. When I quested myself about what I had written on the card I tried to get back into the order. All "tech support" showed me how to log in as if I was already a member or set myself up as a new user. I tried the link in the confirmation email but that didn't work. I found it hard to find a phone number. I finanly got someone on the phone who had fantactic customer service and made me feel better about the whole thing.
The only other issue was there was no vase with my order. The picture showed a vase so when I was offered a vase I assumed that it was to upgrade. I guess I should have paid more attention. I sure it would say somewhere. So the flowers showed up without a vase but they were beautiful and my mum was very happy.

I made an order for flowers on line at approx 1pm, to be delivered to an address in London, same day delivery. I had emailed the companys help line at approx 5.05pm as I was concerned the flowers would not be delivered. Communication was immediate, order was checked and I was reasured flowers were on their way to recipient. At 5.15 the recipient contacted me to thank me for flowers and I recieved email from helpline to inform me flowers had been delivered. Excellent service, quality flowers. Will definately use again and recomend to friends.

We were very disappointed and will not use company again.
We ordered a freesia basket but another arrangement of completely different colours with no basket and no freesias was substituted without communicating with us. We would not have known about the substitution if we had not asked for a photo from the recipient. We set up a chat session and reported the problem and were offered another arrangement. We asked for it to be sent to the same address but one week later. It was delivered the next day. Again we were not informed that the delivery needed to be immediate. More communication is needed if what the customer requests is not possible.

Pretty flowers but no vase!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the lovely flowers, however there was no vase with it!!!
I sent these for the birth of my niece and as new parents its frustrating to run around looking for a vase.

I had a demanding schedule with no room for error. I paid for the additional "quick delivery" and got exactly what it said.

A surprise completely ruined
I ordered the flowers from your website as a wondeful surprsise for my partner. The florist phoned twice saying she could not finfd the place, we have never had this problem before and have lived here for 7 years.The flowers arrived eventually. The florist said that she could find our home. She lives about 4 miles away.
She tried again but could not work out how to open the porch door. The only person in 5 years who has had a problem with it.
The flowers look nothing like a tequila sunrise.
The chocolates was a small box of Terrys all Gold. I expected something like a belgium chocs at least for £7.90
The balloon was a party balloon nothing like the picture on your website.
All in all I think I have not received value for money for £47 spent.
The numerous phone calls I have had to make has ruined the surprise I planned for this special day.
Will I use Iflorist again. Definitely not!!!!!!
