Amazingly easy to order and immediate delivery
Well I'll be using this company again! Got in a tight spot - almost out of cat food before we went away for the weekend - no time to get out to buy and thought I'd give this crowd a try. Great surprise - easy to order, very competitively priced and the delivery was next day and left where I had asked. What more can you ask for?

Speedy & reliable
Although I always search for better deals on my dog's food I always end up buying from GJW Titmuss. Their prices are really competitive but best of all they deliver so promptly and I have never had any problems. Last time I ordered with them my goods arrived the following day and you can't get better than that - well, not without paying an arm and a leg anyway. Highly recommended company.

I ordered some PETTEX PREMIUM KOI STICKS 5KG ORANGE fish food from them. They were the cheapest stockist by far and also had free delivery. The product was delivered within a couple of days. Amazing company but let down by delivery company!
This order was despatched within 24 hours and I left instructions to leave items with a neighbour if we weren't in. Unfortunately we came home from work to find two 20kg bags of bird seed on our front doorstep - both of our neighbours had been in all day. GJW Titmuss are a fantastic company - low prices for excellent quality products but I feel they are sometimes let down by the delivery company.

Reliable service and very competitive prices
The prices of dog food have really escalated at the larger chain pet stores. I was delighted to find that GJWT were not only 28p a pack cheaper than our local store but they also offered free delivery on case deals. Fantastic! With three dogs I need all the savings I can get!

2 x bags of burgess sensitive ( regular order )
This was the first time that both bags were delivered in 1 white sack as opposed to 1 bag in each white sack, making manual handling of the bag very heavy, hope that this was just a one off.

We are currently trialling a new courier called Yodel, they allow up to 31 kg per parcel, this means we can pack 2 bags in 1 white sack.
We would recommend opening the white sack and moving each bag individually if both together are too heavy.
