As a woman, I as relieved and surprised by how quick and easy getting my tyres was!
I had recently purchased two tyres at another establishment purely because the centre was next door to my supermarket. The attitude was poor, the service unremarkable, the tyres costly, every little thing charged extra, and I stuck out like a sore thumb in the workshop, as a woman on my own. I ordered two more tyres and rebooked for the following month, only to be told the tyres weren't in, no apologies, no apparent interest in customer service. I drove home angry and decided to stop by a little back-street tyre garage to see if they could help. The young chap was lovely, happy, helpful, told me about Black Circles, got it up on the computer, showed me how to purchase my tyres, and made me feel very comfortable and safe in their hands. I just couldn't believe there were no extra costs! What you see on the screen is what you pay...end of! I ordered the tyres Saturday evening and had them fitted Wednesday. The service as fast, stress free and I drove away happy! Very impressed indeed. The added bonus was the £5 MOT voucher! Using BC saved me almost £100 in the long run. Can't beat that!

Top quality service with a friendly face
Great service again. I just sat down in the waiting room when I was asked to head back to the workshop. Couple of very small issues removing the nut covers and the wheels. I was shown the problem and ask how I wanted to take the next plan of action. I felt very pleased being told exactly what was going on in stead of just bashing on regardless. Just goes to show that your thought does count and they only want what's best.

Beats kwik fit hands down
Ordered 4 255x35x19 Michelin pilot sport 3 tyres, was over £100 cheaper than any other rival, fitting was done locally which I couldn't,t fault neither, a real plus too was the large amount of tesco points I,ll receive into the bargain, I will defiantly use black circles and would recommend to anyone

Ordered two tyres online easily and efficiently and was able to get them fitted within a couple of days locally. Found the fitting garage with ease and they were very helpful. Told me useful information about my car when tyres fitted. Went home and they forgot to put on a wheel trim but informed me within minutes that they forgot and so went back and got it put back on and all very apologetic. Great service and I will use them again and recommend to all I know

What great service from beginning to end!Easy ordering online.Great advice by telephone as to which tyres were suitable for my vehicle,s use.Fanastic service by appointed garage all fitted in two days including the day the tyres were ordered.What is more premium tyres at a low low price cheaper in fact than budget tyres from other suppliers.

Excellent choice with all the useful research done for you. Reasonable price. Only a few days wait. Plenty of local fitters to choose from.
Dissapointed not to have discount for buying multiples. Could be improved by offering mobile fitting so you could have it done in the car park at work.

Excellent service but not easy to locate garage.
The garage, accessed down an alley, is not signposted off the side street. I had to park the car and search on foot to find the garage even then could not access the alley because of a funeral.
The good news is that the garage is easily accessed by driving around the perimeter of the local council car park.

Great website and competative pricing. I found a fitter only a couple of miles away, which was very convenient.
My delivery was unexpectedly delayed, but I was kept informed by phone and email, and a later booking was made on the same day. The whole experience was excellent and I shall use them again.

Really easy to use, garage fitted with ease in the allocated time I chose.
The garage staff were friendly and just as efficient as the black circles web site experience. The tyres ordered were fitted in no time and fully balanced with new valves and are great on the road. I will always use black circles for my tyres in future because of the price and service. Couldn't be happier!

Not perfect, but well worth checking out.
Firstly, lets talk cash. Through BlackCircles I was able to get premium tyres for the same price as budget tyres from my local tyre centre. The website is clear and easy to use and my transaction was efficiently carried out. I was less than impressed at the two and a half hour wait at my local fitting centre, although this is obviously no fault of BlackCircles themselves as they have no control over this. I'd be more than happy to reccomend them to a friend and I will probably use them again in future.

Best price, best service, speedy delivery!
I shopped around quite a lot for my tyres this time and Blackcircles were by far the cheapest which was great but they also had one of the easiest websites to navigate and the delivery went very smoothly.

Excellent! Found the tyres I wanted at the best price, extremely happy :)
I was after some tyres for a classic mini. The tyres are getting hard to get hold of, I went toy normal tyre dealer and they could not get the type I required. Search the Internet and found the tyres at a price that beat all the tyre centres locally and I had the tyres the next day. I'm extremely pleased with the service I recived and will use them again. I would recommend to anyone I hear requiring tyres.

4 michelin tyres fully fitted, saved around £300, as my car is fitted with transducers in wheels for tyre pressure was a little sceptical about getting them changed by an independant tyre company but as it worked out main car dealer simon bailes peugeot is a local agent and they fitted same, also gave car a wash and hoover out, bloody good service and would and indeed have recommended them to friends and family

The tyres were the best price I could find anywhere, the website was fast and easy to use and the fitting was very quick and professional. I used a main well known tyre place for my other car previously and it was a nightmare, black circles was brilliant not a single issue and did exactly what I wanted quickly and well.

Quality Service.
Blackcircles was easy to use online, good choice of tyres and prices. I thought it was really good of them to point out that my car would be better off with the same tyres on all four wheels because of possible diff problems. Why would you buy anywhere else
So much better than the normal tyre fitting chains { "Not in stock mate" "when are you getting them in" "dunno"} None of that with Black Circles just order them go to garage next day have them fitted. job done, Excellent.

Fast on time delivery, will use again!
No local tyre fitters could find the four season tyres that I wanted, so I tried Blackcircles and they actually had them in stock. A couple of days later they delivered them to my home.
The next time I need tyres I will be in touch with Blackcircles.

Good service and fitting.
Fitting Area at the rear of premises, so no chance of watching fitting
Fitter brought back keys and receptionist handed me papers.
I noticed that the paper showed that the newly-fitted front tyres on my MB C220 cdi (2011) with a pressure of 32 psi .
When I mentioned to the receptionist that the correct pressure should be 36 psi (as it says on the deisel filler cap !!!), she insisted that 32 psi was the correct pressure "for all cars" !!!
Obviously I couldn't argue with a female receptionist over THAT any further ..... so I spent 50p to top the pressure at the nearest petrol station.
The new tyres are happy, and so am I !!
I don't know about the receptionist .... ?
