Could not do better.
I bought a pair of jeans and a shirt from Base and the shopping and checkout was very easy. Communication good and delivery was very fast. Unfortunately the shirt was too small for my son (our fault) so I had to go through the returns process. I cannot fault this process in any way. It was simple and very fast.
This is the second time we have used Base and they are a pleasure to do business with and we will be using them again.

Good website and fast delivery
I have shopped with Base a few times now and I think they one of the best websites for kids clothing out there.
On our last order one of the items we wanted was out of stock so they e-mailed us to let us know. I called their phone line and they couldn't have been more helpful. The girl made a few suggestions to me for alternatives and we chose one. The order arrived the next day, in plenty of time for my son's birthday. He's one happy chap and we'll carry on shopping with Base.

Brilliant service
Ordered a pair of brogues, looked everywhere for them, finally found them at Base, last pair and in my size. The order was placed and even though they had to get them sent from a branch they arrived in just two days. Shoes are wonderful and so was dealing with the very pleasant lady on the phone. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered Girls Ralph Lauren Red Dress. Ordered the dress over the phone and was told that I should receive the delivery next day after they receive it, came just as said. Dress looked even better than how it looked on the website so very happy with my purchase. Packaging was perfect, provided gift wrapping materials as requested. Couldnt ask for more. Perfect!

Excellent service with very friendly and efficient staff.
The item I wanted was low on stock so I had to ring to place my order. The lady who dealt with me said she'd ring back when she checked the stock. She did this and then took my order there and then. She said I should get my shirt early the next week, as I ordered on a Friday, in fact it arrived on the Saturday. A very positive experience and I'd definitely use Base Fashion again.

I bought some items through Amazon UK that were fulfilled by Base. One item had a defect - after contacting Base direct I arranged a refund for the item and postage (due to fault).
I ended going direct to basefashion.co.uk and bought a replacement item for a better price.

Excellent customer service!
I placed an order for a jacket for my brothers birthday but was unsure if the item would arrive on time. I rang customer services a few times and spoke to a lovely lady called Uma who was extremely friendly and helpful on every occasion. The item arrived on time too. Happy with service but only thing to mention is it would be better if Base would extend the time period to return items via post for a refund (currently 10 days).
