Prices are often cheaper than elsewhere for the same product. As with all sites it is always worth comparing prices before buying. Normally products arrive next day when ordering products with prime delivery. Useful to be able to read reviews on items before buying.

Reliable, but dodgy delivery charge scamming

Is it really worth Amazon trying to scam customers with an over-riding delivery charge. It seems designed to confuse, but when its complete all you get is bigger bill to Amazon.

Go back to keeping it simple.

I have always found Amazon to be most business like. They always give me free delivery - even although I live below Inverness - they don't add on a whopping postage because it is north of Perth. Well done!

So many items so little time

I use Amazon, mostly for purchasing ebooks for my kindle. The site is so easy to use and i love that they have gift cards that can be printed out immediately for those last minute gifts you may have forgotten.

Amazon has become my local corner shop.

I am amazed at the wide variety of goods I've sourced at Amazon. From garden lighting to pet bedding, from DVD's to child's overalls. I could not live without my Amazon Kindle and had fantastic support and assistance when I recently destroyed mine.
I have rarely had occasion to contact them but when I have they could not have been more helpful and the few problems I've experienced have been resolved to my complete satisfaction.
